A. Name the Impact

Directions: Think about your own experience with impact awareness. Reflect on your own or with a partner:

  • Think of a time when you did something good for yourself. What did you do? How did it help you? How did you know it was positive? 
  • Think of a time whey you did something that wasn’t good for you? What did you do? How was it bad for you? How did you know it was negative? 

B. Self Awareness Detectives

Many people enjoy playing video games because they are fun or make them feel good, but some people don’t realize the impact games have.
