Take Action Project: Making An
Interactive Exhibit

Summary:

Students will learn how to create a table-top interactive exhibit that they will use to educate or inspire people to make a change. Students meet Karima Grant, the founder of ImagiNation Afrika and a designer of interactive exhibits. Students will learn from her what an interactive exhibit is and what goes into making their own: thinking about audience and outcomes, exploring materials, and thinking through methods and structures. Students will create an interactive exhibit and exercise their writing skills by writing directions and an informational piece for visitors to take with them after visiting the exhibit,
