Virtual Field Trip: Layers of the Rainforest

Summary:

Go on a trip to the Birmingham Zoo to meet the animals of Madagascar. Students will explore the layers of the rainforest, ecosystems and habitat and rainforest species with experts from the Birmingham Zoo.

Activity

Students will create a 2-D model of the layers of the rainforest and then play a game to identify the species that live in each layer.

This virtual field trip is included in the Save the Rainforest Full Project.
