Virtual Field Trip: The Art of Covid Models

Summary:

Journey to the United Kingdom to meet artist Luke Jerram. Luke creates world renowned scientific models of viruses and bacteria to help teach people about the structure and design of these tiny diseases. 

Activity

Students will create their own model of the Sars-COV2 virus to show the virus structure and explain how vaccines leverage that structure.

This virtual field trip is included in the Stop the Spread Project.
