D. Read

We can all feel stress, but play can help us manage our stress.  Read the Zine below to learn more.  As you read reflect on these questions:

  • Have you ever felt like Freddie?
  • What has helped you manage your stress?
  • Do you think stress is helpful or harmful?  Why?

E. Stress Inventory

Now it’s time to think about your own experience with stress. Use the inventory in your Mission Log to:

  • Make a list of things that cause you stress inside and outside of school.
  • Write what makes you stressed and how that stress makes you feel.
  • Explain which stress helps you do your best work and which stress holds you back.
