C. What do you know about stress?

How much do you already know about stress?

Directions: Let’s start by seeing what you know about stress. Don’t worry if you get some wrong, this is just for fun!

D. Gathering your evidence

Being a Fact Finder

In this module you will learn all about:

  • What is stress, what causes stress, and how stress can be helpful or unhelpful.
  • How play can be used as a powerful tool to manage stress.
  • How toys use force and motion to operate.
  • How magnets use a distance force and are widely used in toys.

You’ll play games, do experiments, watch videos, meet experts, and read. Every time you learn something new, you should write down important information in your Mission Log. Write down anything you think will help you with your final project.

Write your notes in the “Fact Finder” section at the start of your Mission Log.
