Reading Comprehension Journal

One way to help students comprehend a text is to ask for answers to a set of repeated questions after reading. These questions challenge students to process what they learned.

This strategy, which was presented by reading expert Meredith Liben, is called structured journaling.

This resource provides a ready-made reading journal that includes questions used in the structured journaling strategy.

It is a perfect add-on for zine reading and project content.
