When you are writing a story, the most powerful parts are often when the character faces something hard and keeps going. That is true for your story too. Everyone hits roadblocks. What matters is how you respond.
Superman has super strength, but that is not what makes him a hero. What makes him a hero is that he does not give up. He asks for help, stays calm, and keeps trying even when things are tough.
B. Tools for Tough Moments
This part of your story is about building tools that help you keep going. These are tools like reflection, self-talk, calming strategies, or knowing when to ask for help. These tools will help you face challenges with confidence and continue growing
