1.2 What Am I Good At?

A. How Strengths Shape a Story

Stories do not just tell us what a character likes. They show us what a character can do. As the author of your own story, it is time to zoom in on your strengths. These are the things you are naturally good at and the things you have worked hard to grow.

Think about Superman. His story is not just about discovering that he has powers. It is also about how he chooses to use those powers to help others. His strengths, like being strong, brave, and caring, help him become a hero. But those strengths also help him make friends, stand up for what is right, and keep going when things get tough.

B. Explore Your Strengths
